@juicekeys is my happy place 🥰 Especially after a sweat sesh. A combination of carbs and protein is ESSENTIAL after an intense workout. On another note, the strawberry cheesecake smoothie is 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 I ordered the key lime matcha bowl, but obviously had a taste of Mike’s smoothie. Juice Keys is always gluten free, dairy free, soy free, refined sugar free, GMO free. They also sell @sunwarrior 🌿

Y’all, I’ve been so eager to try @koan_cary since I found out that it was open. It celebrates Asian cuisine in a beautiful setting with plenty of food allergy friendly options on the menu. I was able to order a gluten free and dairy free pho that was seriously the best pho I have ever had. Check out the link in my bio ☝🏼 to read my full review on @koan_cary located in Cary, NC. I highly recommend you visit them! 🍜
Beer or kombucha? Can’t tell the difference right? 🍻 Mike & I went to @fortnightbeer in Cary, NC for the first time recently. They have the coolest location. They of course have beer but also have @tribucha kombucha on tap and a great wine selection 🍷 I was so excited to be able to enjoy a beverage at a brewery! This was their seasonal pumpkin spice kombucha and it was the bombbbbbb 👌🏼 Kombucha is naturally gluten-free, great for your gut and surprisingly tasty. Too scared to try it? I DARE YOU!
